Thanks to our recent partnership with the Arcora Foundation, we have taken on the care coordination for the DentistLink program. This innovative initiative connects uninsured and underinsured individuals across Washington state with critical dental care services. To support this vital work, we have had the opportunity to expand, welcoming three new staff members dedicated to improving dental care access. Please say hello to:
Krinal Parsinia—Manager, Care Coordination
With a rich background as a practicing dentist in India for four years, Krinal Parsinia brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role.
Since moving to Seattle, Krinal has pursued her love for learning, earning a master's degree from Purdue Global University. Now, she’s thrilled to join Project Access Northwest, where she feels deeply grateful to contribute to improving access to dental care for people across Washington state.
When she’s not connecting people with access to dental care, Krinal loves exploring the great outdoors with her husband, traveling to new destinations, and hiking. Her favorite way to relax? Cooking delicious meals, with Pav Bhaji—a popular Indian street food—as her specialty.
Evan Tsuruda—Care Coordinator
Evan Tsuruda is our new DentistLink Care Coordinator. Evan’s journey into health care began with a bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from UC San Diego. Initially aspiring to attend dental school, he realized that becoming a dentist wasn’t his ideal path. Instead, he discovered his true calling: helping people and making a difference in their lives.
Before joining Project Access Northwest, Evan gained valuable experience working at an orthodontist’s office. Now, he’s excited to grow his career on the administrative side of health care. Evan loves the Pacific Northwest summers and embraces the adventures the outdoors offer.
“It’s been really great working directly with people to help them with their dental needs,” says Evan. His dedication and compassion make him a fantastic addition to our team.
Alondra Alvarado Rivera—Care Coordinator
Alondra Alvarado Rivera joined DentistLink team as our new Care Coordinator. Alondra joins us from HealthPoint Clinic, where she cultivated her passion for community health. She was drawn to this role because of her commitment to helping others and her desire to connect more deeply with the community.
Alondra is inspired by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives and is eager to learn how she can further contribute to improving access to dental care. Her warmth and dedication are already making an impact.
Outside of work, Alondra cherishes time with her family and her beloved Chihuahua, Estrella. She also keeps her creative spirit alive by running her own balloon bouquet business, adding joy and color to special occasions.
Together, they work to ensure residents across Washington state receive seamless, timely access to dental services while navigating barriers such as transportation, language, and scheduling challenges.
