Since 2006, Project Access Northwest has served a critically important role in our region’s health care system—matching more than than 5,000 low-income and uninsured patients each year to our 1,700 volunteer providers who are willing to help.

With your support and leadership, we can do even more.

The Project Access Northwest Leadership Circle is a group of our most committed investors who partner with us in time, talent and treasure. They are thought leaders, donors, friends and powerful advocates of our organization.

To join our Leadership Circle, donors make a three-year financial commitment at one of the following levels:

• Gold: $500–$999 per year
• Platinum: $1,000–$1,999 per year
• Sustaining Member: $2,000+ per year

Members of the Leadership Circle receive:

• Invitations to small, private information nights with community partners to learn about advances in health, health care access and health equity;
• Invitations to our annual Fundraiser “Strike Down Barriers”;
• Invitations to small, private breakfasts with our Executive Director and senior staff;
• Networking opportunities with partners of Project Access Northwest;
• Acknowledgment on our website and in publications; and
• Opportunities to share in the important vision of Project Access Northwest that everyone in our community will have access to appropriate health care services.

Your three-year commitment allows us to maximize your commitment and passion for our work. Through multi-year commitments, we are becoming more efficient, better in tune with the needs of our investors and better able to serve our patients and community.

Leadership Circle Members may elect to fulfill their pledge with annual payments, or may fulfill automatic payments semi-annually, quarterly, monthly or even weekly over the course of three years.
