Our heartfelt thanks to everyone who joined us for our 7th annual Strike Down Barriers to Health Care event! It was our biggest event to date. With the support of our event sponsors and individual donors, we raised $140,000 and counting.
And the winner is…
A highlight of the evening was the presentation of the Andrea Castell Health Care Leadership Award to Julia Colson, the community leader who has been the vision and drive behind the creation of Seattle/King County Clinic.
Each year we solicit nominations of individuals who champion improved health care access for all members of our community, and we are always delighted and inspired by their stories.
