Project Access Northwest extends a warm welcome to the newest members of our board of directors.

Shannon Donald

Director, West Monroe Partners

Shannon Donald leads West Monroe’s firmwide Portfolio & Program Management (PPM) team and has experience in strategic planning, organizational alignment, process improvement and portfolio and program management. Most recently, she managed a Business Transformation Office effort driving a five-year, $500M strategic effort. Her team stood up three execution portfolios touching 20+ strategic initiatives, impacting people, process and technology at a massive scale.

Prior to joining West Monroe, Ms. Donald worked at Hitachi Consulting. She earned her bachelor's degree in international politics from Willamette University, and her master's degree in business administration from Willamette’s Atkinson Graduate School of Management in Project Management and International Business.


Joy Hansen

Executive Director, Care Management, EvergreenHealth

Joy Hansen knew from a young age that she would likely work in health care.

Today, she is an experienced health care systems leader with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital and health care industry. Her work focuses on strategic planning, business process improvement, physician relations, and patient safety.

During her more than 30-year career, she has learned that cultural competency and nonjudgemental acceptance can lead to trust — which is needed to build healthier lives.

She earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from Seattle University, followed by her master's degree in Nursing, Advanced Practice in Care Systems Management from the University of Washington.


Jocelino Jorge

Management Consultant, Forum Solutions LLC

Jocelino Jorge is a management consultant with over 15 years of experience in business strategy, program management and governance across various multinational corporations.

He brings extensive experience leading, strategizing and influencing executives with decisions related to driving key customer and company outcomes. He also has an excellent reputation for resolving problems and improving customer and team satisfaction through a human-centric approach.

Mr. Jorge earned his bachelor's degree in business from University of Sydney, and then earned his master's degree in business administration from Edinburgh Business School.


Angad Singh

Associate Chief Medical Officer, University of Washington

Dr. Angad Singh is a dual board-certified family physician and clinical informaticist who serves as the Associate Chief Medical Information Officer for Ambulatory Care & Health Equity at the University of Washington and as the CMIO for Tribal Health Connections.

He is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Medicine and has an adjunct appointment in the Department of Biomedical Informatics and Medical Education. An avid teacher, Dr. Singh is a core faculty member for the UW Clinical Informatics fellowship and is a regular lecturer at the UW School of Medicine, teaching medical students at all levels. He has a passion for telehealth and created The Telemedicine Toolkit in the early days of the pandemic. He strives to make technology more accessible and approachable for all.
