Project Access Northwest contracted CL Strategic to lead a strategic planning process in the spring of 2024. Interviews and focus groups with staff and board members, followed by a combined board + staff retreat, surfaced four focus areas: assessing and refining existing programs, charting a growth path for impact, advancing advocacy and systemic impact, and ensuring diverse and sustainable funding.
