Core program in King, Kitsap and Snohomish counties of Washington state
Project Access Northwest partners with hospital systems and multi-specialty medical groups throughout King, Kitsap and Snohomish counties to offer its Care Coordination services. With its Premium Assistance program, Project Access Northwest serves residents across Washington state.
